A Customisable Support Desk
Launched and running on several sites already. If your busines was built around a large and growing number of sites, sites that needed great customer support, you could plug in a semi-integrated off the shelf system, which would be OK, or you could buid a stand alone system with deep integration capability, and integration that matches perfectly the requirements of your sites. This is what WooWise had us do. They're now using their brand new system to manage support tickets across many sites, and the FAQs and Knowledge Bases of those sites, all in a centralised user friendly back-end.

Launching The Network
Shortly after launching the WooWise Smooch White Label Dating System we went live with the first two White Labels on the network. The first is WooWise' own site UK Date, and the second is a high profile partnership with FreeAds (one of the largest classified ad websites in the UK).

WooWise felt that they had grown the www.Smooch.com brand as far as they could without a marketing and PR investment that the potential rewards could not justify. Of course companies are either growing or shrinking and they certainly didn't plan on doing the latter, they had a much cleverer plan. They decided to leverage their huge and super-busy database to provide the only "freemium" white labeling system in the world to 3rd party brands and skilled online marketers, leveraging their reach and skills to grow there wons branded dating sites on the new Smooch White Label Dating Network..
incidentally SWL can run subscription sites too, as well as the best white label dating systems out there, but that's not nearly so exciting.

Bespoke Payment Provider for the Charity Sector
Charities now have an inexpensive, comprehensive payment service, designed just for them. It's easily integrated, handles the complexities of Gift Aid, and as it's rebrand-able it will give donors a seamless single brand experience. We wish the best of luck to OnlineGiving Ltd, our client.

Welcome to our new website, we hope you like it.
In 12 years we have had only 3 website upgrades, not because that's the pace the web moves (obviously), not because we felt attached to each iteration, and not because a brand website should be expected to last that long. We’ve simply been too busy to rebuild our own site more often, busy helping our clients. We believe that the success of our business is paradoxically putting our needs second to yours, the client.
