Having primarily used newspaper based advertising since the companies’ conception in 2004, Renaissance Easy Claim looked to improve its online presence and marketing to help consolidate its prominent position within its industry. Initial briefing requested a website overhaul to improve the user interface experience, to incorporate an e-commerce function and present an online marketing strategy.
A complete website overhaul was planned which included a re-design that facilitated online application forms and an integrated payment system. Primary Drive managed PPC campaigns were presented as the main solution for marketing the site with the application forms being the clear call to action for visitors. The application process was analysed for ease of use and planned to allow administrator monitoring to analyse drop-off points. To increase the visibility of the site, SEO focused industry news indexing was also added as part of the re-design.
The site was re-designed delivering a more professional yet user friendly feel and included the e-commerce function of an integrated payment system. Utilising the monitoring system for the online applications alongside an analytics based PPC campaign delivered transparent results which enable the client to gauge the strengths of their online business and budget accordingly. Through improving the structure of the site for SEO and the ongoing PPC campaigns, Renaissance Easy Claim now appears prominently on search engines for all its focused business related keywords.
