British Insurance Ltd initially came to Primary Drive requiring a white label platform for affiliates for their online expansion plan. The basic requisite for this was a system which would allow multiple insurance schemes to plug in and was supported and managed through a back office platform which could manage all the accounts. As the project was already delayed before being presented to Primary Drive the client also requested a solution that could go live and be functional in as short a timeframe as possible.
Primary Drive presented a solution of a basic white label platform which could go live in weeks but was expandable to allow it to be developed further and refined as needed. Once this was live the white label platform was developed further to allow the system to manage more statistics for the affiliates and also house more products. The platform was also, and is still today, continuously refined to further improve efficiency for all user parties. Once the new the white label platform was fully integrated into the day to day operations of the company, the client requested a further consultancy period to help improve the overall efficiency of the company. After a period on-site research by our consultants at the client’s premises, Primary Drive presented an online back office solution to all the company administrative operations. The solution that was presented and later implemented, reproduced their existing postal based methods online but due to superior efficiency also allowed the company to handle a far higher level of customer enquiries with no direct necessary increase in their workforce. The new full back office platform has also meant that the company now operates as a paperless office. As the client’s business could now facilitate an expandable online presence, a further period on consultancy was undertaken with regards to online marketing. Closely working alongside the client, Primary Drive planned and implemented a ppc campaign. This is now managed by Primary Drive on an on-going basis. Using detailed analytics and continual management a keyword focused strategy is used which ensures acquisition costs are kept as low as possible while still having maximum impact. A further process of analytics and implementation focusing on conversions is also ongoing which ensures continual monitoring and improvement on all online communications. A system of pin-pointing drop off points on applications and implementing streamlining measures has led to consistent improvement in conversions.
The initially launched white label platform enabled British Insurance to access high level affiliates companies which resulted in an instant dramatic impact for the company in increased sales of 100% within the first month. The then development of an online back office solution made the potential growth limitless and virtually self managing. The transparent nature of a back office solution also made the growth of the business easy to monitor and make the company a more tangible proposition for potential external investment. With online business management infrastructure fully in place, focus was switched to marketing and growth via the ppc campaign. This has consistently delivered a 300% return on investment on an on-going basis.
All these elements together have led to the company to have been recently sold at a 10,000% increase on the initial investment.
